Yes, all our prices are in US Dollars, as we have found this to be the most convenient / understandable currency for our customers all over the world.

Where are you based? Where do you ship from?

We are a NYC, USA based company with warehouses in USA and China.

 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. Here are the exact delivery times for each country:

Delivery period 7 - 12 business days:

Delivery period 10 - 15 business days:

International shipping delays can occur due to your country's customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and SF Express tracking may stop updating. In a small minority of cases, delivery can take longer than the information above states. If it's been more than 5 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order.

 How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel here, just use the tracking number which we have sent to your mailbox. If you haven't received the tracking number, please send us an email to help@adornic.com

 On which days do you ship orders?

We process orders from Monday to Saturday 7:00 am - 22:00 pm. Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us here.

 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
